Short answer, yes. However, all outdoor events are subject to weather and time of day. Outdoor events must take place during and after twilight hours once the sun has set to be able to get a good picture on the impact screen from the projector. 

The minimum footprint required for setup, both indoors and outdoors is 12'H x 15'W x 25'D. Safety is our priority. This ensures that we have adequate space to safely swing the clubs. Additional space may be required if any of our add-ons are chosen for your event such as the "Customizable Putting Green" or the "Leader Board" for contests.

Sim Caddies are similar to regular caddies. They are there to assist the golfer with their game and make their life a bit easier while playing a round. Our Sim Caddies just happen to be a bit cuter and a whole lot more fun! They will assist with club selection, ball collection and placement in the hitting zone, along with mingling with the group, taking pictures and creating lasting memories. 

Booking is simple. Just select who you want to have at your event and click on the "Add Caddy To Your Event" button. Send us an email letting us know some information about your event and what Sim Caddy/Caddies you would like to have join you.

We recommend selecting a few options of Sim Caddies for your event. If your first choice is not available, we will go with your second choice and so on. All of our Sim Caddies are also Promo/Atmosphere models and they can get quite busy. We encourage our clients to book in advance with their primary selection along with some back ups. Regardless, we guarantee you'll have a fantastic time with any of our amazing Sim Caddies.

Please fill out the information on the "Contact Us" page or call us directly to secure your Sim Caddy for your event. Payment for their service will be included in the total cost of your event and will be collected prior to the event start time.  Caddy tips however, are preferred to be given in cash at the end of your event.

Our Caddies work hard and greatly appreciate tips. Though there is no real rule to this, we think about it this way: If you were at a restaurant and received excellent service, you would probably tip about 20% of the total bill, and the server was only there with you for about 10 minutes total during your time there. Your Sim Caddy however, will be there with you throughout your ENTIRE event, working hard to make your event the most fun, exciting and memorable time. We encourage the group to tip what you think is fair based on the the overall service that your Caddy provided to you during your event.
