Refund and Discount Policy

Please see below the refund and discount policy.

Outdoor Event Policy:

• All outdoor events are weather permitting. If the weather does not cooperate on the day of your event, the event will be rescheduled to a different day.
• Weather conditions requiring an event to be rescheduled will be as follows: Wind exceeding 15mph consistently during event time, Rain of any caliber, temperature exceeding 105 degrees Fahrenheit. 
• All outdoor events must take place during the evening hours once the sun has gone down. These hours are subject to change due to "Daylight Savings Time". Fall/Winter hours start times usually begin at 5:00pm. Spring/Summer hours start times usually begin at 7:00pm.

Refund Policy:

• A full refund will be issued if the reservation is canceled at least 7 days before the event start date and time.
• 1/2 refund will be issued if the reservation is canceled at least 4 days before the event start date and time.
• No refund will be issued if the reservation is canceled under 48 hours before the event start date and time.
• Full payment is required when staff arrives at the event address on event date before any work commences. 

Discount Policy:

• First responders are identified as: Law Enforcement, Dispatch, Fire Fighters, and EMT.
• Discount available to all active and retired Military personnel.
• Proof of eligibility for discount will be required upon arrival before setup starts. ( Military ID or ID Badge)
• If no proof of eligibility is provided upon arrival, then the full price paid will remain in effect for the event.
• For the interest of this Policy, the term "Customer" will refer to the person/persons booking the event on our website.
• By clicking on "Confirm Reservation" Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
